Firm News

Leake Andersson is excited to announce Misha M. Logan-Johnson and Lee M. LeBouef as the firm’s newest Partners.

Misha has been with the firm since 2017 and practices primarily in the firm’s transportation group. Misha is active in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee,  Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and ALFA International’s Transportation Practice Group. Misha says that “work is such a large portion of our adult lives, being at a place where I feel seen, heard, and supported in my endeavors both inside and outside of work is essential. L&A has abundantly provided this to me. I am forever grateful to my partners for viewing me as an attribute to the firm and selecting me for partnership.” Misha is grateful for the opportunity to continue working with our amazing clientele in her new position. She also notes that the number of women and minorities that have been offered partnership in the U.S. is not an accurate reflection of the demographics of attorneys across the U.S. Misha is elated to be at a place where diverse voices are elevated and what she looks forward to most is continuing to elevate other diverse voices and keeping the door open for their matriculation to partnership in the future.

Lee joined the firm as an Associate in 2018 and handles mainly workers’ compensation cases on behalf of employers and insurers. “I am humbled and honored join the rank of Partner at Leake Andersson,” says Lee. “I look forward to continuing to do great work on behalf of our clients and to continue to learn and grow in this new role, as Leake Andersson continues to be a top litigation defense firm in New Orleans and the State of Louisiana.” Lee is the author and editor of the monthly Louisiana Workers’ Comp Review, is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and New Orleans Bar Association, and is active in ALFA International’s Workers’ Comp Practice Group and the Future Leaders Forum.

Please help us congratulate our newest Partners.
